$40 logo contest for TrustURL.com I want to make TrustURL a trusted brand. So, I will need promotional banners in those format: favicon, 80x30, 125x125, 300x250, *468x60*, 728x90. For starters, I just need you to make a logo in *468x60* of 2 shaking hands. Woman and Man with small part of the arms shown(mostly hands). You can use Blue for the "Trust" part and lighter blue for the "URL". Use the light blue that Google has for links. You can base the style of the title on 1 Cool File. The logo must be original(not stock). At the Right of the title, I need this text: Trust This URL Short URL Become a member 125x125, 300x250, 728x90 are variation of the same banner(text below, smaller, bigger) For the 80x30, I want something that members can add on their site to show off users: TrustURL.com Trusted Member favicon will be based on the logo of course. I will need the PSD files too. I will pay you $40 to the winner with PayPal once everything is done. It should not take you long after I pick the main logo. The contest won't last more than 48h. I want it fast. I want to reserve the right of not selecting any winner if there is no logo that I’m satisfy with. Thanks and happy designing!
I don't understand how you can expect that much work for only $20. You do realize it takes time to output multiple banners to your specifications, let alone create original artwork and deliver it, right? You're literally offering close to nothing for the time it takes to complete a job like this. You should be ashamed.
I up it to $40 monospaced: No, I'm not ashamed. I once had a logo(contest here) done and the winner gave me the option to make unlimited changes. I did not take that option to be fair. You also most consider the salary world wide too. $20 maybe not be to your standard but it's real money elsewhere in the world. Plus, it's a contest thus you may or may not win. JayZ: Granted, I'm not a designer but I did gave you the basic ideal to work on to cut down on time. I learned that from a previous contest. JayZ and monospaced: you are supposed to be pro's at this thus should be quick with your designed tools. Am I that wrong? Anyway, the prize is up now and hope to see both submissions. If not maybe next time.
There a couple, i made the hands shaking and tried to make it work within the 468x60 banner. hope you like it
Jayz: It's nice but can you put the hands on the left and write www.trusturl.com under the title. Make the "trust" a bit darker(blue). Look at the 1 Cool File banner for example. Make it an all white background. The 125x125 should have the hands too. Again, look at the 1 Cool File banner for example. It's smaller but I can write other text under it if I want. Could the hands be at the same level. To show that their are equal to equal in a "V" style. The right/bottom text are ok where they are. I like the mirror effect.
NaIdz: Make the hands smaller in a "V" shape to give space between: hands, title and text. To all: Post the basic ideals(hands+titles) and I will consider you.
