    google rules do not allow us to show eCPM CTR etc... thats why its hidden DUH!

    It has content! but what i meant by "under-construction" was i never promoted.

    It must have been a new advertiser. Usually new Adwords Advertisers are unaware of the Content Network being check by default. This causes them to have the same Content Max CPC as their Search Max CPC. Adsense now also uses the clicks conversion to payout. It is highly possible that the click from your blog converted into a sale for the advertiser.
