    why they blocked youtube?
    is it because of the Yahoo belong to chinese and they wanted to up the coming Flickr video?

    It's because people were posting videos of the Tibet protest and the Chinese Government are yet again trying to cover up their inhumane actions.

    Expected and I also expect that the period during the Chinese Olympics, youtube etc may be block, whatever that can be use to transmit any such information that put them in the tiniest among of embarrassment would be blocked until after the Olympics.

    You know there a proxies, but do you think most of the other people know that there a proxies? If I would say that to my real life friends, they are like "WTF what R u tAlkiNg AbOut?"

    It is probally because of the Tibet tho.

    Most WebProxies don't allow YouTube watching, and more importantly most block Chinese traffic as it doesnt earn them much ;)

    It seems weird that they block it, and then unblock it, and then block it again? How many times have they done that? Seems like they would just keep it blocked permanently or something, weird to randomly be changing it..

    all my proxies allow it and all codes still working :p
    but then i dont really like giving out proxy urls in forums


    and yes those censorships are all due to the crackdown
    similar to what happened with burmese government before
    china and burma both using the same violence against monks and extreme censorships
