    Strange....
Change your ads style from text and image to only text ad.
Remove 468*60 and get one 150*600 on right most column, just above sponsors.
Remove "Related Items", see adsense TOS for more info.
Blend the top 468*15 ad matching with background color.

Those were good suggestions, but you should realize that your stats aren't too bad. You've got a CTR of around 2.5% and an eCPM of about $1.63. Those aren't great numbers, but they're not horrible, especially for a tech-related site (lower CTR because of more tech-savvy users).

Your main focus should be on improving traffic, though implementing justkidding's suggestions would be a good idea.

Simple math, based on the numbers you provided in your first post:

    - 400 pageviews with 10 clicks is a CTR of 2.5%
    - Earnings of $0.65 on 400 pageviews is an eCPM of $1.625, rounded to $1.63
    - We can also say your average CPC is about 6.5 cents. That's a bit low, but there's really nothing you can do about it.

Get more traffic and you'll be in good shape.

Technical web sites for technical visitors don't generally do well with Adsense. Tech people don't click on ads unless the site is really unique. Sorry.

One thing you can do is try to bring more traffic to your site and filter some low paying ads . This will increase your earnings.

Okay guys. I agree that traffic is low. But the number of clicks is 6-10 and thts not bad. I think the ads are low paying...
So how to make tit that it will show only high paying ads. Alos I see that the ads are not very relevant most of the time. So any sugegstion on that?

The traffic is too low. 10 clicks a day won't even pay for a cafe.
Write more content, submit to social bookmarking sites, drive more traffic.
There are high paying ads. You will receive high and low paying ads randomly.

IMHO your ad placement is fine!
Not too intrusive but still highly visible.
That's the key to build a large userbase.
