    The site has been Online Since: 15-May-2002.

    The page which has the DMOZ listing is a PR5. The main index page is PR4. Make a PM request here for the URL.

    The forums once had very heavy activity. The site has been baught and sold multiple times which probably accounts for members moving away to other things, although some of the old members with x,xxx posts still come on ocationally to say hello.

    The value in this site is in the domain name: very old and DMOZ listed in a very high top level category. Another good bonus is all the previous 200k posts are present on the forums. Revenue is pretty low at just $66.80 for the three months that I've been keeping track. Please remember that this is a forum which could easily be braught back to its previous levels of activity, if run by someone with a bit more passion for the industry than I have.

    My asking price on this one will NOT be tied to it's current revenue. Rather it will be the domain name, plus entire data base of over 200k natural posts and age etc. which will justify the asking price.
