Adsense and search engines

hello
i decided to use adsense , i have some questions

can i use adsense on an mp3search engine,but i remove the option to download the songs? it would be only for listening (and that is not illegal).

And what about using adsense on file search engines? like a site searched for files on rapidshare and megaupload? is it okay ?

if anyone has an experience on that or do know some answers
i appreciate his help to me

Most of the files uploaded on rapidshare are cracked versions of softwares and pirated songs / movies and other such stuff . Ling those might risk your adsense account

you are right, but there are other files that arnt warez, so it will only depend on what the visitor search for.

i am just wondering if adsense really accepts search engines , i saw alot of sites which are searchengines and they are putting adsense.
and heard some people saying (no content= no adsense)

so what is the situation of search engines , does adsense really consider them no content sites? (google itself is a search engine )

i appreciate more opinions

 

You can't link to warez/illegal content. So linking to rapidshare is against google's tos

 

If your site is only for listening to songs, then I guess its ok. and adsense is not allowed with warez sites.

I doubt it very much. You can always email Google ans ask them directly, but chances are small.
You better find another niche.

 

In My Opinion, both of them are against policies.

i am still not sure if it is illegal or not
anyway it deserves a try,and see what will happen.And if i dont want to take the risk i may search for another ad company
