All the cheats are listed below the YPN ads. The cheats require firefox. If they have firefox it just sends them to another site of mine and if the new owner wants, I will pay them to keep it this way (like 20$ a day) because the cheating traffic is good for me.

I have sold several sites though DP/NP/SP and many people can vouch for me. Earlier this year I sold a site for 100k (roachhost.com) Which was also done on DP. Please do not take my credibility into question, when a; you dont know me, and b; you have no intention of buying.

Well, its not breaking any adsense tos, so the only reason you will get canned is if you click your own ads ya?

What makes your site incompatible with IE? OK, IE isn't perfect (I personally dislike it) and not always standards compliant but there's nothing fancy about your site that makes it IE-incompatible. Works fine in Lynx (text browser) and firefox (with js disabled) I believe that's what would be the problem in Google's eyes. For every browser a "this site is optimised for firefox" might be OK.

Oh, I also just noticed that it *doesn't* work with browsers such as mozilla and epiphany (which uses mozilla's gecko - same as firefox).

Also, while you don't say "click the banner to download firefox" as it's the only download option (that I can see) for firefox on the page google could consider this bringing attention to the referral button. Now, if instead there was a link to mozilla.com, the referral button quite far down the page then it might be less of an issue.

    Just my £0.02.

Your £0.02. are noted, but are wrong.
Google allows what I am doing I have asked them directly, showing this URL, I encourage all skeptics to submit the URL and ask googles opinion if they are in disbelief.

Regardless, since there is no bids I will be ending this auction tonight.

Going by google's TOS I'm not wrong. I just re-read it so now I'm confused.

So, going by the TOS the Google ad in question (referral button) is on a "non-content page", which google doesn't allow:

The sole purpose of that page is to display the referral button, as your site isn't incompatible with x, y or z browser. It works fine with any browser.

It's not exactly "functional" and "easily navigable" really because you're blocking several browsers.

Above is going by the TOS.

Now my £0.02:That's great if google allows it. I guess they need to clear up their TOS then, if that's the case. Wouldn't you agree? I hope you can understand my confusion.

The site does not -block- other browsers it is just not compatible with them. It is impossible to prove otherwise.
The page is considered a content page, just as when you go to http://forums.digitalpoint.com/search.php and type in 'a' and it displays "Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms." Has google ads on it. Both are error pages, both with google ads. I think that DP would be in line with googles tos, but thats not the point - 'non content pages are considered pages with no content, such as a page with just a image, and no text. Please call up your google rep and clear this up with them next time instead of doing this in a sales thread. Now that I have shown that your points are once again not correct, please stop posting this into a sales thread, and instead go start a question in the google forum.
    Thank you

Look guys, the point your 0.02 cents arent welcome here because this is a sale board. the buyer knows what they have to be aware of and thast enough... no point to trash this guys thread... if he wanted your opinions he would of posted in the adsense review forum right?

If you dont think its ok then just leave it up to google... and dont buy it.
