I'm curious as to how much a website would be worth getting 75-100K unique visitors daily generating $7-$10K monthly revenues?

It would really depend what type of site it is, how much work it needs and the costs.

I recently was involved in the appraisals of infrastructure gear for a Web Business that was on the "block". Though my appraisal activities only applied to the computer/networking gear associated with the business, I became familiar with the considerations in terms of overall valuations.

NUMBER ONE - was the ongoing backoffice labor requirement necessary to support the website(s). You can have a web site that generates 10K per month, but if it takes the labor of two people it can be pretty much a wash. And everyone that buys websites or web businesses realizes that is the trojan horse in any purchase like this.
