My site offers spiritual services. It does ok when I can get targeted visitors, which is kind of hard sometimes since there are so many other new age sites out there. You may have better luck though with the incense, candles, etc.. Everybody loves that stuff, so you may have a broader range of interested visitors.
Come on now! With WEB 2.0 and Mass-Control... you should look into first starting your blog. Hit the forums that are centered around the business your looking at and then run some surveys, created a free report or video. Create overwhelming value of what you can do for your future clients! I've looked into some automated tarot script and the likes, but who's going to compete with Tarot.com??? So, just take it small... if you really have a passion about this then get that blog up and start writing some articles... get the traffic to the blog and then maybe a survey plugin to see what people are looking for! Have you tried some PPC/Affiliate avenues for similar services/products?? You can learn alot "working" as a free agent for them!! Just some ideas here for ya!

What blog owner doesn't want quality comments from poster! It's the blog spams that drive them crazy! I just delete 80+ such comments from one of my blogs... Still, the quality blogs will do. Now, start that report on how to get your magical items in order. In that report offer such excellent value that they will just want to sign your update page... if you don't have an autoresponder use FEEDBURNER to get people to subscribe to your list. The magic is in a the list - but today it a quality relationship with that list. The fact is that people could probably find anything and everything they wanted on the web, BUT don't know how. New age spiritualities are actually becoming increasing popular due to an increasing dissatisfaction with traditional practices. I think your idea is good and has lots of potential in the future however you need to find a way to make your site unique and different from all the other stores on the web.

You see..I am hesitant towards ebay because their fees are VERY high now and also, as of late...the new policy changes are horrible...and I am getting a lot of non payers.
