What do I have to do to let PayPal guy act?

I once deposited my money using PayPal with scriptlance.com to their Escrew payment to hire the programmers there. Now there is some left amount that I wanna withdraw back to my PayPal account, so I requested at scriptlance. The guy there acted, after 2 days they said my PayPal rejected the money; they asked me to talk to PayPal guy, I sent the ticket, and emails on and on now is about 2 weeks without any support from them.

Is there, any of you, know how to tickle those PayPal support team?

    Thx in advance.

When you deposit funds with Scriptlance they are not automatically placed in Escrow. You only place funds in Escrow when you award someone a project.

From what I remember, there is a minimum withdrawal amount with Scriptlance. I am assuming you attempted to withdraw more than the minimum.

What sounds most likely is that you tried to send funds to an incorrect e-mail address. If this is the case then you should try again and make sure you use your primary PayPal e-mail address if possible.

PayPal can be hard to deal with at times and seem to act slowly regardless of how inconvient it is for you to be without your money. I would suggest reading this guide to dealing with PayPal if you get chance.

    Hope this helps :)

Have you tried calling PayPal? Most people agree that their support is leagues better through phone assistance than ticket.
