How guys, I would like to enquire more about ContextGain, and how does it pay over its competitors, such as AdSense, Chitika, etc.

Hey I'm trying to find some info about this too.. What I learn so far, is that ContextGain is just helping to layout your AdSense ads better (on its own panel)

But apart from that, I don't think you'll get paid when people are clicking on it???

it is a script that shows your adsense in a inline type ad.
their goal was*,in return of using their script they will sometimes show their adsense.

    *i say was because they're banned. :D
it is a clear violation of the TOS.

Are there any quote written somewhere in AdSense TOS that mentions this violation?

the ads on the demo didn't work and i went to http://www.iwebtool.com/adsense_preview and still the ads didn't show on the domain.
adsense in a popup is one.

i see they have changed it and the ads show.

maybe they got their account or site unbanned and adsense is ok with this.
    i don't know,couldn't tell ya. :D

    DanB1,knows for sure. ;)

i wouldn't use them unless you get an ok from google.
myself,i wouldn't use them.their ads would show on your site.you couldn't have an adsense block because there would be 2 pub ids and you could get a a scroll bar on the bottom. :D

i sent google an email and got an ok from them. keep in mind that if you use them you can't have more than 2 ad units on your page because if you do, when the sidebar opens up you exceed the google limit of 3.... other than that there is no reason to be concerned about violation. google confirmed to me that it's ok to rotate pub ids. they will not put both pub ids together at the same time.

Any updates from ContextGain users, or ex-users? I'm looking at it as a publisher.

So far, the thread had stopped for quite some time; judging from the replies, it seems that ContextGain is still less preferred, unless some other had any opinion.
