PR 3, Wholesale Business Directory and Forum site for sale!!!

Ok the site for sale is www.wholesalespotter.com It's a wholesale directory listing wholesale companys sites and also a wholesale business forum. It's a PR3 and the Forum is also a PR3. The rest of the pages well most of them are PR2. I've had the site for about a year now. I used it alot in the beginning but to be honest in the past like 3 months i haven't even touched it and today i realized i should just sell it and here I am! It has great earning potential but i just don't have the time since i'm a full time loan officer now.

I'm not sure of the exact traffic since i haven't touched it for such a long time but it is a PR3 which means it has tons of potential.

For those of you who want traffic details I really don't no the traffic to be honest like i said i haven't even touched it for 3 months. and for revenue i'm not exactly sure but one time a couple months ago i made 100 bucks off the ipowerweb banner, and made lots of money off google adsense but then i got banned from it. And there are still a few people paying for their link submission on the site.

 

What does this mean to the buyer? Is the domain permanently banned from using adsense, or just your account?

No, only my account has been banned with google adsense not the whole website. I don't even think google ever bans a whole website with adsense, after all it does have a pr3 with google so its not banned.

 

actually, google may or may not allow this site to have adsense. You have to talk with them.

 

You should be able to find the stats for the site easily. If the site is hosted on a host that uses cPanel all you have to do is log into your control panel and navigate with the mouse to the stats page and then take a screenshot for everyone, or even just post the numbers...

Theres no script, its all done by hand, with html on frontpage.

Cmon dude, you want $500 for a site with no traffic/revenue figures to show?

Have you looked into the adsense ban issue, will there be any problems for the new buyer? Cause let's face it, if the new owner can not display adsense ads on the site, what's it worth?

 

Like i mentioned many times the adsense ban issue is ONLY for ME!!! Only for my name NOT for the website itself so if you were to buy it all you would have to do is add ur adsense onto the website if u allready have an account simple as that. and $500 seems reasonable because u not only could put adsense on it to earn revenue its a pay directory and theres a few people there that are paying about $60 per 3 months to be on there so u'll make that 2, and if you work on it more you'll have even more people sign up on the directory. Well the pay for that is paypal so i'll transfer the paypal account to your name as well, only if you want it.

And also don't forget its a pr3 site for the home page as well as the forum and every directory page is a pr2 and this usually takes a while to achieve if achieved at all.
