Hi When you paste a list of urls into Excel spreadsheet, the urls are not clickable. Is there a command /function to easily change a long list of urls to clickable urls? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
i did it in Turkish excell so i dont know exact english comments, i'll try to explain. For example, paste your links to A column then click b1 at b1 add formula ( fx ) from window all formulas/ link (bridge or sth like this, image is same with add link image of DP forum) select a1 for link if you have link name for example at c1 select this as link name then click ok now your a1 link is working at b1 you can extend b1 to b50 or b100 for making same to other links. I hope this is helpfull.
Place the hyperlink in the cell and then right click on it. Select hyperlink from the popup and "place in this document". Whether you can do more than one at a time I will leave to you to discover and post.
you must make sure your excel app set "Internet and Network Paths with Hyperlinks" is on menu > tools > autocorrect option > tab auto format that you type the "Internet and Network Paths with Hyperlinks" should be "check" in this box.
Select the first cell that has the URL pasted in it, then click the "F2" button and then hit the "Enter" key. You can quickly move down the column if they are all in the same column. I done this to about 500 links in excel in less than 2 minutes.
select all the list then copy, after that, paste them to notepad. copy again the links on the notepad to remove the hyperlink, then paste back to your spread sheet.
