    The new Ad Sense TOS requires users to put disclaimers on their sites saying that cookies are collected.

    Same here but I must have accidentally removed it somehow so I'm glad that I got the new TOS to remind me about the disclaimer.

    Yeah, I have noticed a lot of DP users do not have a disclaimer and I could image how much it would suck to lose your Ad Sense because of a clause you didn't read.

    Should the disclaimer be on every page footer? Or should I make a separate page for it? Or on the main page footer?

    I put it on the main part of my site so that when a person moves from page to page, it is still there. If you hide it you'll be breaking TOS.

    I am actually surprised by the amount of people who haven't done this. Doesn't anyone read the TOS?

    Yeah as long as it includes information about using cookies and whatnot in it. Take a look at my disclaimer.. it's in my Privacy Policy.

    Could someone point me to the page on google that states that we have to do this? I've read the terms and conditions and still can't find it? You'd think google would've sent out a warning to people about this???
