    Well, whatever the terms are all yo have to do is to abide by these terms and you won't get banned...Furthermore, nobody gets banned from having zero earnings, only those who have generated a lot by "clickfraud" or so. Just don't violate those terms of service and you can go on with your AdSense as long as you want.

    When I am feeling down and unloved by google and not getting many clicks, I go to my site and click a few ads to get the income flowing. ;)
