    I am posting this just to see if I can get a bite. I am in a financial bind and need to sell off a few properties to make some money real quick so here goes:

    The forum has never had any advertising done so it just needs a kick in the pants and you will have a nice site.

    Here is the breakdown of costs that went into it.
