    I would say that the big banner is a bit of an eye sore, ip checking should be fast and simple, downloading that big graphic takes away a bit of time. Also the blue is too light, should be darker.

    o no the site needs some good layout. the background pattern is not matching with the site. even the text color is not matching. needs some serious modification..try to make it simple as ur site is for ip checking.
