    There is a photo album plug in although Im not sure if you are asking how to add a single photo in a post or how to add a large quantity.

    I think it just takes standard HTML input, so <img src=... /> will do

    You need to enable it but there's a standard feature to upload photos and I use it all the time.

    Look under /wp-admin/options-misc.php and make sure the folder permissions are set right.

    On posts such as this I create thumbnails (WP standard feature) and I have to hand edit the link it recommends to get the clickability.

    Upgrade to Wordpress 2.0 if you havent already and it's all built in. Upload, thumbnail, send to editor, all in ajax without leaving the one page. (you have to enable the /wp-content/uploads/ folder to writable.

    When you said you didn't understand the previous posts, were you reffering to changing the permissions on that folder or how to actually upload the photos?
