    I agreed to buy the site from dunk3r23's yesterday @ $150 and he was awaiting to have his programmer to install it for me....NOW he says I have not purchased and says I need to pay $200.....He is well out of order and I request that all bidders cancel their bids and teach him a lesson......here is the pm he sent me yesterday....
