Predicted Low Earnings over March School Holidays

    I can notice a slight drop in the earnings since the start of the week today. Perhaps many parents take their kids to vacation and thus less people surf the web. Anyone else affected by the 1 week March school holidays? :eek:

    Adsense is really slow since March begun, i don't know if the holidays are the only thing to blame. :/

    Is Mar holiday applicable to the U.S.? I personally do not notice any difference as most of my traffic comes from the states.

    Depends on your site i guess, a proxy site will definately see a drop, while a home and garden site wouldn't

    I don't think the drop in revenue could be attributed to school vacations. The next significant vacation is Spring Break, which is still a month away.

    I haven't noticed anything, but then I don't rely on AdSense anymore either. But, I am sure earnings will drop some for those who do - just like during the summer.

    Same here..I was getting worried.
    But the traffic feels the same though..maybe it's just the age? (younger, non-techie people tend to click on ads more)

    I'm actually noticing an uptrend in traffic and earnings, probably because some of my niches benefit from kids staying home and playing games -- but overall your right, traffic will probably be down as a large part of the US heads out for Spring and Easter breaks near the end of March.

    The slowing US economy may have something to do with it. I would guess that there is less online shoppers. The Easter holiday is not so big in the US like Europe and many college students don't go away.

    But adsense is lower this month like 50% lower then february ...
