    Hey,
    I'm looking for a few apprasials on a full site, Webmaster Forums . n et

    The site stats:
    Threads: 8,631
    Posts: 25,927
    Members: 1,437

    New posts last month: 500+
    New reg: ~50
    Uniques: ~100/day (1 week of downtime due to a server move)
    Revenue: Jan was ~$450 (Haven't gone through Feb's earnings yet)
    Costs: Hosting - Can run on a shared account easily so next to nothing

    It's an amazing domain name which is worth low xxxx alone.
    The design is custom by www.WebRhino.com who are very well known, cost of full site design + coding + logo (New logo coming online soon) is low xxxx

    The site was converted from IPB to vBulletin around Jan when I got the custom design from WebRhino because they only coded for vB and I have never really liked IPB.

    I'm not really interested in running webmaster related sites anymore and have been moving in another direction for a few months now.

    A lot of people have contacted me in the past about selling but I wasn't too interested.
    I was contacted yesterday about selling and I am considering it but I would like to know what others think of the value.

    I think it's a great site with a great domain, and you're doing a great job getting the activity going. I have no idea on value though, probably mid $x,xxx. :) Good luck and hope you find a good buyer if you ever sell.

    Yea, but it's a .net not a .com.

    Nevertheless, it is a quality name. If you can substantiate those earnings, the combination of steady revenue and a good domain should certainly net you a $6k to $10k sale price.

    Good work getting revenue that high off such a small forum too.:cool:
