If my client was to sell his site (look inside to see what site), what would you pay?

I have been on this forum for a while, and I have promoted this site for one of my clients (I actually have promoted 7 sites in total for this client since we started doing business). But now I would like to know how much you would be interested in buying this site for:​

Would need more info like traffic and revenue before making a good estimate.

 

It's making around 500$ per month from Adsense.
It is getting around 975 page loads per day.
628 unique visitors per day average

I have another page iptect.com/host :
this page is getting 2606 uniques per day average
3880 page loads per day average.

Anyone has an idea how much it would sell?

and DNSCOOP gives 1600$ but last week it was 6600$USD.

Have you read my first post? It is not for sale, it is just to know you opinion on how much you would be ready to pay.

And this is not my site, it's for a customer of mine, so I am not taking his stats to post them here, just to know an opinion. Sorry. There is no point.

So you say.. How you calculate how much you are ready to pay is to take the earning for 6 month and x2 then thats approx the amount you are ready to pay.

rough estimate is 1 months revenue x10 - x12.

So around about $5000 for the site, i would set $6000 - $6500 BIN, and not take less than $4000.

Yes I calculate aprox earnings of one month x10 - x12 and then you have to add the domain value... but in this case is in my opinion I will pay for the earnings

And I said 6 month because it must be steady income not some lucky month income

 

I see post's on here all the time asking how much is XXXXX worth and it most all cases the price the site actually sells for is from 8 to 14 months revenue - there are some rare exceptions to this but it is an accurate guide. If you have a really exceptional dot com domain or a long established track record of solid revenue (2 years+) then the price will of course go up. The amount of time the site takes to update can also play a part in the sale price.

For the site you are thinking of selling the price would most likely be from $4000 to $7000

You will see many ad's on here for people trying to sell sites based on the following phrases:

Sale keyword: Potential
Real meaning: So far the site is not really do anything but it could!!!

Sale keyword: Unique
Real meaning: Instead of 10 million variations there are only 3 million - it is almost impossible to come up with a trully unique site that will be profitable (not impossible just close to it)

Sale keyword: All you have to do is market the site and make money
Real meaning: I thru the site together and now you get to buy it from me and do all the hard work promoting the site and trying to get traffic.

 

Very sput on message. This is exactly what it's all about. you might want to head over to namepros, they have better ways to calculate everything.
