Does Anybody Think This BIN is too Much?

    Hi everyone

I have a website on sale that made $350 this month.

I've put it on sale with a $2100 BIN price.

If I'm not mistaken, that BIN will be earned back in less than 6 months.

Nobody is biting at the sale.

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=740957

I really don't get it  I think that's extremely cheap!

    Any advise?

yes i think it charges but you will surely recover it back by selling the site.

Easily 95% of people posting on this forum dont have $2100 to spend. Save your time, pay the sitepoint fee and sell it there. I listed one there with a reserve of $5k and I sold it for $6k with me still retaining ownership of a % of the site.

I'd take the advice given in this thread and head over to SitePoint to list your site for sale there. Yes, there's a small fee for listing but it will be well worth it.

Good luck with your auction. :)

I would follow getjimmy's advice and try to sell it on sitepoint. It does not cost that much to list AND there are higher paying customers on the site there as well ;)

Okay wiseguy, why dont you tell us whats a fair price? Try and make it more than 3 words though like the rest of your "posts" (lame attempts to build post count).

How is it too much? :O you can make that money back in less than 6 months!

More than $400 p/m do the maths!

    Potential

Pagerank (I don't think it means anything but others think so)

    Linkbacks

I really think it's on way under value. I'd see the time out and put it on for more but I need a quick sale

A cheap design that is making money?

A website that the person who buys is going to make a profit?

I'm not going to get into a war of words with you but since the first post I realised that I've put it on under value

Yeah, pay the sitepoint fee and list it there. You'll probably get 3k$+ for the site I guess. ;)

Traffic is the issue, your site is losing traffic constantly.

Your pricing is reasonable. I agree, you should list on sitepoint. You will get more traffic and more importantly buyers with more money to invest. Good luck:)

You'll make more money by selling a service or something here to make the listing fee then sell your site on sitepoint. There must be something you can do to get the listing fee. It'll pay for itself multiple times over.
