Hi, I was looking for a cheap and good working Support ticket system. Must have Departments and Agents. And most important, it should have email piping. Does anyone know of a good support ticket system in PHP. opensource is ok for me as long as it works nicely. Talker.
The price seems to be too high for me at the moment. this is for a new site and i want to keep the costs minimum.
Whilst not PHP based or open-source, I would recommend FocalScope [www.focalscope.com] because it has agent and dept. folders & email, plus a very customizable email routing system built in. The email piping in FocalScope is persistent and you can configure piping to external systems too with their API. Every email is displayed in the system as a Ticket with its own unique ID. The interface is also leagues better than some of those ugly and slow html interfaces most help desk systems use.
Help Desk systems don’t get much better or much cheaper than FocalScope. They even have a free edition for startups so if you are a small company, you could use that without charge. Their site is www.focalscope.com. And I’m endorsing it cause I’ve been using it for 4 months after testing numerous systems including zendesk, kayako and osticket.
Just Google Hesk, its open source and free, i've used it for years now and it's pretty good, you can assign tickets, set a knowledge base, has internal PM's....etc
have a look at codecanyon and search for php support system, 2 or 3 will popup for $10 and have everything you need
