I am scared please help.(Paypal Bank Transfer)

    2 days ago i added bank account to my paypal account and transfered 90 $ to my bank account.when i transfered the amount it was showing that transaction is pending.But yesterday i seen that the transaction got completed.I was happy and went to ATM to check my balance but i seen that there is no balance in my bank account :(
    Can anybody help me ? i am scared that whether i putted a wrong bank account number or what :confused: ?

    Is this natural that Paypal say the transaction is completed and takes some more to transfer the amount into the bank ?

    Please Help..Thanks in advance :)

    This is straight from paypal FAQ
    My withdrawal has a Completed status, but I have not received the funds in my bank account. What's wrong?

    A Completed status means PayPal withdrew the funds from your PayPal balance and sent them to your bank. The Completed status does not mean that your bank has recognized the funds and these funds are reflected in your bank account balance. PayPal can confirm that the funds were sent to your bank, but your bank must notify you when the funds are deposited in your account. If there is a problem with your withdrawal, it may take up to one week for your bank to notify us. We will alert you by email as soon as we learn of any problems in processing your withdrawal.

    Is it possible for a bank not to recognize paypal? What will happen after you withdraw money from your paypal to your bank account that doesn't recognize paypal?

    I believe it takes 5 to 7 business days for Paypal/Bank to add the funds to your bank account.

    I would agree with Clifford. Just give it time. I know I have sent money from paypal to my bank and takes usually 3 - 5 days. More on the 5 though.

    Wait for a whole 1 week. My bank (Bank of India) messes up EFT clearances all the time. Sometimes paypal withdrawals are available in 3 days, sometimes it does take an entire week.

    Well, I believe it is more the issue of terminology. When it mentioned 'doesn't recognize' does not mean that it does not what paypal is and you do not get the money. It basically just mean that after Paypal sends the payment instructions to the bank, the bank would need to confirm the instructions then post it to your account. Basically, the bank can take anything between 2 days to 7 days after the payment is shown as complete in paypal. I believe that when you go to your Withdrawal page in Paypal, it will tell you roughly how many days it would take.

    Big bank network may take a longer time to verify your account number and post it to the relevant branch or department for processing. In Singapore, it takes about 5 working days after it shows as Complete to be posted. In India, usually it takes between 2 to 5 days depending on the bank you use and probably how remote your location is.

    No need to panic. As you are from india you will get that funds in your bank account today or tomorrow for sure if you filled out correct bank IFSC code and account number at the time of withdrawal.

    I use an Indonesian bank account. It takes about 4 working days after the paypal status is completed.

    it took just 1 day for my bank status to be completed and 6 days for the money to arrived.

    It usually takes 2-3 days to get the funds in hand after you see the "Completed" status in paypal.

    Standard Delivery time of money is 2-3 days to begin with. The Federal Reserve holds all transactions for 24 hours... Give it time! :)

    Me too havent received the money. I initiated the withdrawal on 4th March. I hope it comes by tmrw. :)

    Edit : I got the money at 7 PM today. Hehe. :)

    Certainly at the first go, one week time is required. Without the approval of RBI, your bank will not be able to reflect funds into your account. Coz paypal is associated with it.
