Hello All, Question: How many UNIQUE VISITORS do you receive PER PAGE OF CONTENT? This question is interesting because it should vary widely based on your search engine optimization. If you only have a small amount of traffic that doesn't really give useful information, please don't answer. THANKS!
among the G serps top 10 pages I have, the visitors per day vary depending only on popularity of keyword/topic and may be anywhere between a few UV/d to several hundreds to several thousands UV/d depending on topics I have and season.
What I am looking for is the AVERAGE number of UV per page of content for an entire site. Obviously if you have a couple of pages high in the search results they will get a large number of visitors, but I'm looking for a SITEWIDE number. If you assume that very broadly there are 2 elements to traffic; search engine optimization and content, this information will be interesting to see what people have achieved for a given amount of content (number of site pages).
February out of half million uv/month resulting in approx 100 uv/page/months average sitewide for some 5000+ unique content pages
I am at about 125 UV/month/page site-wide. Obviously there is a big distribution curve, but that is the average.
How do I know that? Is there a tools that help me to find this out? Or just by viewing it on my Cpanel? Info is appreciated. Thanks.
The way to figure this out is to look at the total number of Unique Visitors your site receives over a period of time (let's just use a month for this) and then divide by the total number of pages of content that your site has (you would have to know what this number is). Comparing this number should give an indication as to how effective your SEO is, and how good your content is.
