    I have $20k budget in total to buy a few good sites. I'd like to buy any website that has at least 10,000 pageviews a day and with net profit at least $20 a day, and it must be at least 5 months old.

    No image hosting, proxy, adult, gambling, hunting and violence-related sites for the sake of children accessibility.

    Pricing: I will pay 5x to 10x of monthly revenue according to the type of site and how stable traffic/income is. Myspace and flash-game sites are acceptable with 4x of monthly revenue max.

    Payment: Escrow.com only. Fee is splitted 50% each.

    Please PM me your site url with June, July and Aug traffic stats with referrals stats and revenue reports.

    hmmm well how bout this..........I have a site with a alexa ranking of under 45,000, it gets over 130,000unique visitors a month, and is a page rank 4, and, has a member base of over 30,000!! this site is 4 years old and certainly NOT a cheap site, all custom built script, php based and this site gets sales daily some times several a day.I might not even sell it , I can tell you I will not even consider anything less than 25,000 for this as its among the top ten sites in its field, it is internet related and not porn, gambling or illegal, my site has a EXCELLENT reputation in many forums as well as many viral listings on google,yahoo, msn, all the web,and about 66 other big search engines...

    Visitors: 10,000+/day
    Alexa Daily Rank: lies b/w 10k-15k
    Earnings: 40-45$/day
