    Is there a way we can specify taking earning from impression instead of per click on our adsense account?

    Google serves the ads they find will better perform at your site.
    You can't choose for PPC or CPM ads.

    But if you select images ads only i think you have more chances to display CPM ads.

    Yes, if the "image ads only" is choosen then we may have chances to have CPM ads. But I have not seen more than $0.5/CPM. Therefore text only ads can give more money than CPM ads.
