Questions regarding banning in DP

First thing is i think this is the right section for posting this thread....if not please forgive me...please don't ban me....

Wow this forum is such a huge forum...and i have seen so many many bans here...
now i have following doubts..

1.Is banning automatic or manual?

2.What is the frame time of ban for each offense..that is i would be grateful if any admin or mod can provide what will be the frame time of ban for mistakes like bumping a thread,posting in a wrong section etc...
Is suppose the members will not be banned permanently ...

3.Is there any way to know why a member is banned ?

4.any way to know for how many days he will be banned ?

5.Suppose if any member has to make any payments to anyone and he gets banned so is there any way that the person can get his payment..?

6.How to recognize if one is mod or admin...will there be any change in title name pattern..?

7.What is infraction in DP..? solved

Infraction --> When you do something against the TOS
Banned --> You run out of your infraction points

1 day to permanent, depending on why they were banned.

No, not unless they tell you.

Get in touch with the member concerned.

Unlikely.
