Any one who has used a manual submission service - how many activation emails should 1000 submissions generate? I'm thinking about 800. Does that sound right to you?
thats a little over the top. maybe 400-500 direct ones after submissions, also matters how high the pagerank's are, as some send out activation emails quicker.
It's better to use Guaranteed directory submission (which I am offering)...I will submit your site in directories after that check emails and find out confirm directory list..and I will send you complete detail report with excel format.... Thanks, Hardip
It alwasy depends on the list, but I must say that the ~30% is near reality. For example. Vile silencer list usually has dirs that dont require you to confirm your submissions via email. Same for our list. Also, please note that if you submit to 1000 dirs, you probably get 600 confirmation emails stating they have received your submissions without asking to confirm. Some dirs, dont even send an email to confirm your submissions.
25-30% of "confirm please" letters is a realistic number. Not 80% =) + you'll have like 25-30% "thanks for submission!" letters.
You will get 500 to 600. I also do manual directory submissions. It also depends upon how good/quality the directory is. If you or your submitter submits to 1000 crap directories then you will get nothing.
