Yes I downloaded SEOQuake yesterday it gives out some really good information. For more information on the op it gives you the following: PR, google msn and yahoo index and links, google cached, alexa rank, site age, site ip, who is, robots text, internal and external links on a page.
With these, there are some more tools like Back link checker, Fire FTP useful for all seo's and web developers
Its really excellent tool for any seo. As there are many firefox extension but i thinks this is one of the best.
I've been using seoquake for quite some time now and it provides lots of info and am quite happy with it. Haven't tried the other two that you have mentioned, so i'll be trying it out soon to see how good they are.
