    Why I'm Selling
    I am selling this site due to the fact that it is just to much work for me right now. I am updating and running two blogs on a daily basis already and promoting a third site is proving to be to much work. I feel like because I have so much on my plate right now, this site is nowhere near reaching its true potential. I have only done minor link building, directory submission, and social bookmarking for this site. Even with the small amount of promotional work I have done, it is ranking highly for most of it's keywords.

    What Work I Have Done So Far
    I have put a ton of work into developing this site, but not very much promotionally. All of the content is 100% unique and written by myself including thee E-book. The E-Book has 3 chapters describing what sin funds are, how to use them to your advantage, and which stock are hot right now. I have only sold 3 copies, but like I said I haven't really done any promoting. The work I have done includes about 500 directory submissions, 50 social bookmarking submissions and a few targeted link developments from related sites. With this amount of work the site is ranking in the top 10 for nearly all of it's keywords. I have also worked with a professional SEOer to optimize the site for search engines. Google says that I have over 270 backlinks to the site.

    Why Sin Funds?
    Sin funds are special funds, kind of like mutual funds, that thrive in poor market conditions. My site was developed just in time for the downfall of the US market and recession. This niche is hardly tapped and has very little competition making it an optimal idea. This site is perfect for someone just getting into the world of owning and operating websites. You will need absolutely 0 experience to make money off of this site. I will set everything up if you need me to so all you have to do is promote the sales page.

    The chart about the S&P 500 crashing and your random fund soaring is so bogus it's absurd. If the S&P 500 crashed that much, you realize the entire U.S. economy would be in shambles, I'm talking much worse than the great depression.

    It's illustrating the different directions that the different funds move in. They are arbitrary numbers with no numerical input. Thanks for your opinion though.
