    Thats such a westing of time, so please leave adsense and try other PPC network like bidvertiser, oxado etc.:)

    Well it would be interesting to see a case like this go to court. Google might have to lay out some proof why they are banning people.

    Not that I think there is a chance of beating Google, but I wish you well.

    You say you have nothing to lose but you do! You will lose the money you spend for the case of course. And as everyone here said, read the TOS and you will find dead ends for any case.

    Its better you forget adsense and try some other source to make money online...there are lots of alternative available..
