I love it. The shift from 1.13 version is not a big hassle. Joomla 1.5 is more professional than its predecessor.

I think 1.5 is faster than 1.1x, that is my first impression. but overall i can't find significant differences on usability although they do a total rewrite on the codes.
I Always need a CMS that can be fully flexible :D

I should say that it's a great improvement from the previous one. Things are just getting better at Joomla open-source community.

Can you make templates now in joomla 1.5? Or is it still like 1.3x, you just download a template?

Thats the main reason I still use 1.3, until the coders get 1.5 stable modules and components... I can wait.

Thats What I'm waiting for is all of the third party devs to finish upgrading to 1.5 half of there sites are upgrading. I am about to build a Joomla site and thinking I would use 1.1.3 or whatever the last version was until they got the extensions compatible to 1.5. I am building a membership site so I need JACLplus, Community Builder and AEC. I think CB and AEC are compatible but not sure about JACLplus. The other stuff I want doesn't matter I can wait. I like those guy's at JoomlaWorks they do some cool stuff.
I think I will use the template called "Vintage" at Joomlashack. They have both versions. So when I do go to 1.5 I won't have to redo the Header graphics.
I am very new at building websites so Joomla works great for me. I can create a very good looking website, pretty quickly using there templates.
