Well, i'm looking for a gallery script for my vbulletin forum I noticed that a lot of galleries use a dynamic url so pictures can't be hotlinked on other forums like phpbb. I like the one used here @ DP but is it fully integrated with vbulletin or do i have to edit the templates so it matches the one i'm using for my forum? Thanks in advance.
Try taking a look over at vBulletin.org, they have a lot of nice extensions and plugins that you might be able to use.
vBa Gallery no longer exists. AEI won the rights to that script in a lawsuit, and seem not to have it for sale on their website anymore, which means that the best option, which is also made by AEI, is Photopost Pro (photopost.com).
Thx guys. I think i'll go for photopost. Seems like it integrates nicely and is also search engine friendly.
Nice album you got there SaN-DeeP Quite a collection. I can't order photopost, they don't use Paypal, that sucks.
Actually vB Advanced Gallery was sold to AEI... Photopost Pro *is* vBa Gallery with no changes other than the name.
Btw, is the album used here, photopost vbgallery or photopost stand-alone? Not sure what to do now *confused* Edit: Just saw this: And this: So the both are completely different? Argh, what should i do? I can't pay with paypal for photopost pro but can for vbgallery. Confusion time.
I use "PhotoPost vBGallery" (used to be called vBadvanced Gallery). http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/showthread.php?t=12926
Well, the court documents, and comments by the owner of vBa would suggest that it was obtained by AEI via lawsuit. And photopost pro is different from vBa Gallerey. Photopost vB gallery is the current name used by AEI reffering to vBa Gallery. Photopost Pro is a seperate gallery script made by the same company and is the one they initially created, which while vB compatable, is compatable with a number of other types of forum software.
