Adsense Rule Against Simlar Ads, Am I breaking it?

    Hey Everyone
    I had just put adsense ads on the header of my proxy, and that's all well and good. I have also got Adbrite ads there, which occasionally look slightly like Googles ads, although I have text there saying "powered by adbrite" and "these are NOT adsense ads" , am I breaking TOS?

    I see two of those annoying animated ads, I don't think they would be confused with adsense.

    Sorry for making you go there, but sometimes they show up as text ads, which is what I was worried about :|

    So in short major changes of the new adsense tos are:

    1. you can put adsense search and referral ads on pages without content.
    2. you can put adsense on error, registration, and thank you pages.
    3. you need privacy policy on the site with says cookies are used to get some info.
    4. you can show more than one adsense ads from more than one account on same page.

    so, i think its comply with adsense tos, cmiiw :D.
