SKULL, its called a greedy seller mate, he only has interest in himself and not the buyer(s). Dont bother with him, leave him a negative itrader. people like this make me boil inside! I remember when i was selling a site someone offered me $4,000 for it, i said sold, then i had an offer of $6,000 but i still sold to the person that offered me the $4k first. pride and reputation is worth more than money. If you need a proxy website mate, i have one earning $40.00 a month, with over 600 unique hits a day, also with a PR2 $150.00 may take a little less.
