Reporting web site to Google

Hi guys,

Some guy is threatening me to report one of my sites to Matt Cutts or something. Should I worry about that?

I don't sell/buy links

If you seriously dont buy/sell links then there is no need for worry, content is unique, Matt Cutts/Google aren't fools to believe in anybody without proof. so just Chillax

 

He is saying that I have cheated the search engines by buying links on wordpress themes. however, there is nothing saying "sponsored by my site" on any of my 100 themes. they all say that the theme is "designed by me".

is that not allowed anymore to get credit for something you shared with the rest of the world?

 

Google does not bother as long as you are buying adword addvertisements for your website.

 

no need to worry yet. once google have found it is getting out of hand and put new term regarding this issues only then you should be worried.

But what about directories ? there are a lot of directories which is selling links ?

 

lots of directories are already been penalized by google by selling links

Google never care email when u complaint like a top site bout a link on this site you must give penatly

It's been almost 3 months since those threatening emails and luckily my site is still there

I have a very slight decrease in traffic for some minor keywords but overall everything is the same.

 

I thinks that all reports are manually sorted and then on the basis of this information automatic algorithm are adjusted. Anybody can just for fun report many websites. No obligations... =>
- Even if your site is not crystal white, google have no time to studied it carefully? if your case will be interesting, your site will be subjected to algorithm adjustment.
- Your website => you are responsible for everything in this site, you can't manage anything outside. Bad person can setup millions links to your website - are you guilty? No!

Relax.

 

I suggest you don't worry about these threatening emails.

You dont need to worry about the threat.

 

These all links are sent by spammers or these emails sent by one of your competitors,
Just dont worry go back to your work, and get relax.

 

That is exactly what I intend to do - get back to work on the site and my other projects.

I believe we have to see what will happen (if anything happens at all) to my site as a study for all of us.

 

If I were you rsuog I wouldn't worry about this ))
