Nah, no PR, well; PR1 zero traffic, very little content (don't understand your statement about lot's of it?) on a free word press program and on a fairly easy to get domain name, I would snatch his arm off offering you $60 personally I would struggle to offer you $20 and that would be for the name, $150 is a bit much.
