    Most of the social bookmarking sites have nofollow links, so I think it doesn't help mucu in SEO part. But it helps a lot to get good amount of traffic to the website as well as branding of the website.

    On the other day I have got some 500 unique visitors from Stumble but there is no use of them. I think it is good for stats only.
