I used to be making $150-$200 per day and my traffic hasnt dropped, looks like the end of the yahoo goldmine

 

You're not the only one. CPC has gone down for the exact same ads, bidding the exact same on OBT.

 

I used to make $100-200 per day and am now even lower than $60 per day

 

yes yahoo has done something with their payout scheme as same ads with same bids are still showing but payout is 50% less....

 

my CTR tanked HARD - the targeting is junk

 

I'm already in the process of switching some of my YPN sites to CPM.

 

ever since they screwed up its just been horrible for me...I'm thinking of going back to adsense

It just sucks that it really is. Yahoo will feel it in a couple of months if they don't make some changes.

 

I guess I have the only bright note. This weekend and today are doing well for me. However, last weekend and during the week sucked hard.

Same here, I was making about $20/day with ypn, not down to about $10.

 

Seeing the opposite here. Yesterday was close to highest ever, and today by noon was almost equal to yesterday.

 

Same here! i am on my way to making double what i make in a day today. By 12:00 am today i made a normal days pay. There must be some various reasons why others are doing great and others not. I would cheak my topics and compare them to ad bids placed on them. I really dont think its Yahoo but maybe your sector. Even though i am doing great i still would like to know why the various numbers being said.

 

I'll guess the MySpace/Directory sectors are seeing/will see declines.

 

The drops are not always due to yahoo many times it is the advertiser drops... but i do have examples where ad is same bid is same as before but payout has decreased i have felt both effects.

 

xboxundone Then that is very odd, did you ever contact support? I have not seen this yet in my sites. But if i did, i be calling support for some kind of answer.

 

Have not contacted support as this was while all the issues were going on this past week and weekend now things are back to normal and still no change i will be contacting them as payout decreased 50% per click but bids and sites are same.

 

This is why you can't sell a 2 month old site for $45,000 based on YPN earnings
