Hi, Google AdSense, Google's advertising program that lets webmasters display ads from Google's extensive list of advertisers, has taken the Internet by storm. i think when this successful program's text-based ads are served in member sites, they can profit better earn a commission if the traffic is good and to do that social bookmarking is one of the successful methods. Adsense has already been running for quite sometime, he did not take the Internet by storm, but move gradually and surely such that most webmaster now depends it as a main source of income. It is certainly no longer text based ads now.
They are the largest and most influential advertiser on the Internet. I would say they nearly own the advertising section of the Internet, therefore they aren't worried that their publishers go away as there isn't really anywhere else to go
Thanks for this great thread to let us know about this wonderful new program called Adsense! Just for your information, social bookmarking sucks for conversions and for clicks when using Adsense. Also most of the traffic from social bookmarking sites is not classified as good, it is normally a click through and most visitors spend seconds at most on the sites. It is free and once in a while you can get a visitor who wants to really see the site and may click. However, generally it is not very good traffic.
The reason customer services isn't that great is because there is no number 2 player to challenge them, yes you can go to adbrite but you make a fraction of what you can make with google adsense.
Beats me too, maybe to increase post count, or maybe the OP was kind enough to post an introduction about adsense for the newest of noobies of Adsense

You are correct, it was to increase post count. He was at 91 posts before but got caught by a Mod for jacking up his post count by repeating the same thank you message in a few threads. Guess he really wants that 100 post count.
Don't know why these guys are in such a hurry Now I saw his post is at 84. Actually because of this, I am afraid to say thank you sometimes, i rather PM the member say thank you rather thank post because of too much of the thank you and PM me spams.....
Pfft why are you discussing adsense again? It's old news ffs! It's like saying, windows took the house by storm!! Oh I wish windows wouldn't break when you throw rocks at them!! etc... You get the point, I don't see any reason for talking about adsense in a general term, I mean don't you have anything better to do with your time ??
