it's recommended to sell a business for 6 times 1 months earnings...most people on here sell themselves short.....in my opinion...for a quick sale.

I've sold sites in the high $x,xxx range from people who register on the site just to buy your site. I'd reconsider if I were you.

I beleive my first website purchase here was when I had a minimal post count and had only been registered for less than a week...

Creepah, I'd really suggest trying to be a little more tactful if you want to sell your website here, or anywhere for that matter. Maybe read up a bit on being a salesman and how to sell things. Things they tell you in sales training/schooling are such things as always be polite, smile, engage in upbeat conversation, promote a positive atmosphere, and the customer is always right... You don't sell used cars by yelling at people and telling them if they don't like what they see to...
