Did anyone have terms and conditions when they logged in recently?

Hey I checked my adsense last night and after I signed in I was taken to a TOS page, I clicked remind me the next time I log in as I was tired and thought I'de look into it this morning.

When I logged in it didn't come up, I was scanning it last night and it mentioned something about having to accept the terms by May 25th I think.

    Has anyone else seen this?

That scared me a lot. I thought: Where did I go wrong? Is Google Adsense Team giving me a warning or something? I did not violate anything.

Haha, paranoid minds think alike.

I saw that screen, and my heart fell 13 floors. I figured I was clickbombed and banned overnight or some crazy thing like that. Phew

Anyway, I just agreed without reading it, but then I checked out the Adsense blog to see what it was all about. This sort of stuck out:
Huh? Does that mean I have to publish a special disclaimer about cookies or something? If so, what am I supposed to say? They should at least offer some cut & paste code for those of us who don't want to be bothered with legal gobbledygook like this. Kinda annoyed.

But did you accept it or not :p I'm sure it said you need to by May or you can't show ads on your site or something.

It sounds like you only have to disclose if you are collecting data about ad serving specifically. I can't see Google forcing you to disclose the fact that you are using cookies to collect general data.
