Anyone seeing Adsense site being down?

    i just logged in, got a new TOS, accepted and went to this page attached. i guess its due to heavy hit on the adsense site since they came up with the new TOS. anyone experiencing the site being down?

    mmm, for me, after TOS, I got a user migrate page that required me to go and migrate from adsense account to a google account. That might have sucked up some resources, but its still up for me (NY, USA)

    I can confirm this as well.

    Google wanted us to agree to the ToS, and use one Google "master" account for logins.
