did you try searching google for the term "webmaster forum?" there are tom of results http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=webmaster+forum with DP being number 1

http://www.affiliateseeking.com/forums is another forum that is not in them lists. Just thought it may help. Any others out there as I'm also looking for a few of the bigger ones like DP.
