Beware of tushardhoot1 ~ This guy took $200, promised to finish the job and never did

    Far be it from me to publicly declare a scammer but this guy left me no choice.

    I paid tushardhoot1 $200 to recode a PHP script for a web site of mine. I have the full history of online chat in MSN if it is needed.

    Before we go any further. I am asking YOU tushardhoot1 to finish the job I paid you for. Why am I asking this here? Because YOU do not respond to PM, email or instant messages. Your last words were "I will do it tomorrow". That was around 4 weeks ago. I see you online all the time and yet you do not respond.

    You forced me to leave a negative itrader. I was hoping that would bring you out to talk to me. But no. You respond today with a negative itrader on me and claiming I want more than we agreed on.

    Let me ask you this:

    Do you really want this entire story to come out in this thread? Because I have screenshots of our conversations. It's not going to look very good for you at all.

    So here's the deal. I can arrange to remove the itrader on you, remove this thread, if you actually finish what I paid you for. If you can't actually do this work, then just tell me and you can refund the money. There's no need for this saga if you 'fess' up.

    I hate scammers, you should report him to paypal. The last guy who scammed me, well, have you ever heard of "anonymous". Yeah, well leave it at that. :)

    The problem with paypal is that the person who paid out rarely wins. I was scammed for 500.00 one time and I was the buyer. You would think it would go in my favor seeing as how he never sent the site. But since it cant be proven well...

    Thats right but if u paid by credit card and open dispute(chargeback) then paypal will definately reverse the transaction.

    Paypal won't do anything about it. This is not about Paypal. It's about this guy not finishing what he promised, giving excuses he was busy and saying he will do it tomorrow or after exams etc.. and then trying to ignore me. I have the full conversation between me and him since late December last year.

    You know a funny thing. This same web site I was scammed on by another DP member called john.micheal. He took $550 from me and never seen him since. FOR THE SAME JOB!

    I hate this stuff!
