yay.. i like more long term projects... but there's no way i can feed and pay my bills just by $10/page ... but for those who need projects so bad... and for beginners ... i think this will be a good start to improve your skills...

Cross-browser, div tags, support for font scaling etc. We might have to negotiate since I won't build you only the index page, you pay me 10$ and then you use the layout to build other pages, especially if you're using server scripts too for your website. incompetent idiots taking $10 jobs has driven these cost of quality work to the point where even able coders are starting to take jobs at stupid low prices. it's sad that even able and talented coders are taking jobs at payouts that make frycooks laugh... sometimes i wonder if only some of these $10 coders realize how badly they've driven their own industry into the ground and how much they could be making if they charged a reasonable price...
To $10 guys: you work will be resold at rate of $50-$150. In extreme cases $200 and more. So go figure.
