How do I report this person to Admin?

I purchased this user's entire signature back in September.

Mod will not involved in members issues. If you wana do something, left a negative itrader, bad rep and post smething to discredit him (of course show proofs as well)

Report the thread with the evidence, harrasing him in his threads may earn you an infraction for flaming or something report each new sales thread he makes, trying to sell the space he sold you if you have to.
