If you aren't going to host there proxy or website what uses much server resources I can give you space on my server...

You could get into legal problems with your host.

We at LaceHost do not allow sharing of a shared hosting account, & neither do HostGator & most other web hosting companies.

You should check with your host before offering this, & if you already have asked, please ignore my post

You will have to share logins with him, as shared cpanel has common login.
Also, your data will be available to him, & you will have to add your domain as an add-on domain.
